What is evening primrose oil or EPO?
Evening primrose oil is the oil derived from a North American Primrose wildflower called evening primrose. Evening Primrose is not really a primrose, it got it's name after the flower because the plant looked like a English Primrose. The oil is rich in vitamin E.
